About us
Little Stubbins is situated east of the A6 in the rural village of Claughton-On-Brock and is surrounded by peaceful farm land, between the Rivers Wyre and Brock. The award winning gardens at Little Stubbins are designed to encourage wildlife.
The house was built in 1786 and was renovated in 1999 to provide tasteful and comfortable accommodation, which retains its character and original features.
Accommodation
Three bedrooms (two double rooms and one twin room) are available. All rooms have an ensuite with power shower. Each room is equipped with:-

Walkers and cyclists are always welcome. Maps and guide books about the area are available. The Lancashire cycle way is about 400 yards away. Drying facilities for clothes and boots are provided. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Caravanning
Little Stubbins also run a five van Caravan Club camp site. The site is adjacent to the property but is screened from the house. The site is set in farm land with two working farms nearby and woodland in the background.
The site was made exclusively for adults in order to retain the quiet and peaceful nature of the area.
Responsible dog owners are welcome with normal Caravan Club rules enforced. The use of the heated toilet and shower block is included in the site fee.
